This listing is only for direct seller or direct sellers mandate. I represent a buyer whose requirement is 60000MTx12 month contract of used rails R50-65 CUT TO 1.5MTRS The conditions are as follows. 1.Seller forwards a soft offer stating maximum commission payable to buyers intermediary group, and if overpricing is applicable the split structure, and subject to acceptance, buyer moves forward with ICPO with soft probe permission Payment by non-transferable DLC for monthly value payable 100% on presentation of documents. 2.After final contracts are legally notorized, buyer will issue an MT999, against which buyer requires a pop with full bank responsibility. 3.2%PB for monthly shipment value, if seller opts to issue this upfront priority will be given. 4. FCO from sellers mandate for ICPO issuance will not be accepted. Revert only if you are a direct seller or sellers mandate. Do not forward any offers after 15/02/2010
